Design and Features
The stainless steel pump housing and cover, featuring a durable and hygienic cast construction, provide long service life and high hygiene standards. Various lobe designs allow flow performance to be adapted to the product characteristics, enabling the transfer of viscous and sensitive fluids while maintaining product integrity.
The hygienic mechanical seal system is supplied as standard with a SiC/SiC/FKM material combination and is supported by alternative seal options to meet different process requirements. Thanks to its maintenance-friendly design, seals and internal components can be quickly disassembled, minimizing maintenance time and downtime costs.

What Is a Lobe Pump?
A lobe pump is a type of positive displacement pump consisting of two or three lobed rotors. These pumps transfer fluid from the inlet to the outlet through rotating lobes, ensuring highly accurate and gentle product handling without compromising the structure of the fluid in sensitive industrial applications. How Does a Lobe Pump Work?
A lobe pump operates on the principle of positive displacement and is especially suitable for processes requiring high hygiene standards. The fluid is conveyed smoothly, evenly, and in a controlled manner by synchronously rotating lobes inside the pump casing. The product is not compressed, allowing its structural integrity to be preserved.
