This Clarification Text has been prepared by TMXFLOW, acting as the data controller, in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“PDPL”).

  • To request notification of third parties to whom personal data have been transferred
  • To request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing of personal data
