Cancellation and Refund Policy
TMXFLOW aims to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in the products and services it provides. However, due to the nature of industrial equipment and engineering solutions, cancellations and refunds are subject to specific conditions.
Order Cancellation
Orders placed by the Customer may be cancelled through written notice provided that the production process has not started and the products have not yet been shipped.
For orders where production has already begun or shipment has been completed, cancellation requests may be evaluated by TMXFLOW and may not be accepted.
Custom Manufactured Products
Cancellation or refund requests may not be accepted for custom manufactured equipment, engineered solutions, or project-based products produced specifically for the Customer.
Such products are manufactured according to customer-specific requirements and therefore cancellation requests are subject to TMXFLOW’s evaluation.
Return Conditions
Product returns may not be accepted in the following situations:
- The product has been used
- The product has been damaged
- The product is no longer in its original condition
- The product has been manufactured specifically for the customer
Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Return Process
Customers wishing to request a return must contact TMXFLOW and submit a written request.
TMXFLOW will evaluate the request and initiate the return process if the request is approved.
Refunds
If a return request is approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method used by the Customer.
Refund payments will be completed within a reasonable period following the necessary inspections.
Shipping and Logistics
Unless otherwise stated, shipping and logistics costs related to returns shall be borne by the Customer.
